Elizabeth Miles grew up in New York state, and graduated from Boston University in 2004. She is now a journalist with the Portland Phoenix. Fury is her first novel. She is writing under a pseudonym and lives in New England.

Miss Havisham (Great Expectations); Iago (Othello); the Wicked Witch of the West (duh); Ursula (The Little Mermaid) Q. What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing? A. I love to cook, try new recipes, and work with fresh ingredients. Q. What trait is most noticeable about you? A. I'm an expressive talker, from my facial expressions to my hand motions.
